Training Consultants
Ms Anuradha Kumar, MA (English), ACTA
Anuradha is a MOE-Approved Instructor. She has handled projects as a Language Facilitator for English Bridging programmes.
As a trained speech & drama instructor, she has conducted performance oriented Speech & Drama Programmes and other enrichment
activities related to theatre skills. Modeled, choreographed & supervised drama workshops and Programmes for various MOE
schools. She has developed age appropriate lesson plans and directed classroom instruction & managed multiple short and long-term projects
to increase student and parental involvement in performing arts and literacy.
Ms Kay Nalla, ACTA
Kay is a MOE-Approved & certified ACTA trainer and also a NLP Certified practitioner and coach.
She conducts WSQ programs such as Diploma in Leadership and People Management, Diploma in Service Excellence for Mendaki Sense,
Diploma in Tourism (Spa) for Singapore Spa Institute and Diploma in Retail Management. Kay also holds talks and conducts workshops for
junior colleges (Hwa Chong JC, ACJC, Pioneer JC, Innova JC etc), polytechnics (Temasek Polytechnic, Nanyang Polytechnic, Ngee Ann Polytechnic),
ITE, secondary schools (CHIJ, Raffles Institution, Nan Hua High, Catholic High, Victoria School, Holy Innocents High School, St Hilda’s Sec),
primary schools (Anglo Junior School, Holy Innocents Primary, Mee Toh Primary School, Frontier Primary, St Margaret’s and more.
Her array of topics is focused on public speaking, presentation skills, speech and drama, personal grooming and deportment, social and dining etiquette, among various others.
Ms Ng Jing Wen, Kiara
Kiara is a MOE-Approved instructor & museum educator.
She conducts workshops such as Journalism & Broadcasting, Personal Effectiveness and a variety of others for various MOE Schools.
She also has experiences facilitating camps, to ensure that activities done would meet the learning objective or motive of the camp, in a safe and fun way.
As part of her role as a museum educator, her aim is to promote observations, thinking and conversations to learn with the various artefacts.
Ms Haryati Haroon
Haryati is a MOE-Approved instructor for Conversational Malay programmes (CCM), Malay Speech & Drama, Malay creative writing, Readers theatre, Choral reading and cultural & arts programme. She has Facilitated various Learning journey programmes to The Malay Heritage Center, Little India, China Town and other historical places. She has facilitated workshops involving traditional games, kite and wau making,wayang kulit (shadow puppet), bunga manggar, flower making and arrangement,baking and cooking classes.
Ms Wendeline Chong, ACTA
Wendeline is a MOE-Approved instructor & certified style coach. she has facilitated workshops such as Social Protocols & Etiquette.
She has worked with corporate clients such as Resorts World Singapore & Far East Organisation in training & auditing services to the operations & management teams.
She has also worked with youths on programmes such as Etiquette & Deportment, Study Techniques, Dining Etiquette, Communications & team-building, among various others.
Mr. Gopal Jethmal, RMC, MBA, ACTA
Gopal is a MOE-Approved instructor. He specialises in conducting workshops for Teacher Development Programmes such as Facilitation Skills, Action Research & Engaged Learning Strategies.
He has worked with SGEnable, an agency dedicated to enabling persons with disabilities, on various training & development needs to help PWDs build their confidence & competence.
His experience working with youth ranges from mainstream youth, special needs, youth-at-risk & incarcerated youth, on a variety of development needs such as personal effectiveness & conflict resolution.
In 2021, The Singapore Government embarked on a year-long, nationwide engagement called "Conversations on Singapore Women’s Development". Gopal was part of the team driving these conversations
